None of the above. After watching as much of the presidential debate tonight as I could stomach, I’ve made my decision.

As much as they both would like to deny it, there truly is no difference between them. They both want to steal our money and tell us how to live our lives. They both feel entitled to rule the world, and invade sovereign nations. Do the details really matter?

If either one of them truly cared about the citizens of this once-great country of ours, they would let us keep our money and decide how to spend it, instead of making these decisions for us from the throne in Washington. If they were interested in anything but being king of the world, they would let us keep our God-given right to privacy and self-determination.

If they were born a couple hundred years ago, they might even have had brains. There seemed to be a lot more men with true wisdom and knowledge in those days. What happened to them? How did we get from Washington and Jefferson and Hamilton and Adams to … empty arrogant shells fighting to get to the top of the dog pile?

I see only one little glimmer of light in all this. At long last, Ron Paul will be able to say

I TOLD YOU SO over and over again.
And he’s going to get my vote, too, even though I have to write-it in. I can feel like I did something honorable by voting for Paul. Even thinking about voting for someone else makes me nauseous. In fact, I think I need to go to bed. I’m not feeling so well.

I try to follow it all just enough to be informed and not too much to make me depressed. I hope you are feeling better today little one! I have joined a photography group and had to start a blog so here it is:

    Love you Froggie!

Over the past year or so, it seems that God, for some reason, is drawing me to follow all this more than I’d prefer to do on my own. Perhaps He’s trying to prepare us for what’s to come? In fact, the subject is coming up in my message tomorrow morning. Pray, honeybunny!

Woohoo! I’m off to check out your new blog!

I’m writing in Ron Paul’s name. There is no way I’d vote for McCain or Obama. I’d rather have Dennis Kucinich than those puppet clowns. Good grief.

Good grief is right! I decided I had to be fair and at least listen to more than the occasional soundbite, but the debate was just a little more of McBama than I could take. And then I saw a headline on the Washington Post about the big differences between them. They must wear different colored glasses than I do. :)
