The VA has published a booklet for our soldiers called Your Life Your Choices. You can read a summary post that explains it at Lifenews.com. In fact, I hope you do. They have a link to the whole booklet.

I was going to write a full post about it … but I simply can’t. My heart is just too heavy. All I can do is cry out, “What has become of our nation?” and echo the words of my Lord Jesus:

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem,
the city that kills the prophets and stones those sent to her!
How often I wanted to gather your children together,
just as a hen gathers her brood under her wings,
and you would not have it!
Behold, your house is left to you desolate;
and I say to you,
you will not see Me until the time comes when you say,
‘BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD!’”
(Luke 13:34-35)

You really have to watch this video. Comedian Tim Hawkins takes that catchy tune, The Candyman Can, from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and applies new lyrics. It’s a day brightener!

Speaking of judges interfering in families, Dan Weaver has posted an incredible story. Don’t miss this one, or you might be hoodwinked into believing you still have parental rights.

It used to be that people were marginalized if they weren’t good Christians. Now they’re marginalized because they are good Christians. Read the rest here.

Take five and a half minutes and listen to a member of Congress, who’s also a medical doctor, try to protect you. It’s worth your time.
