I don't want to say I'm bald, exactly ... but let's just say that my hair can be washed very thoroughly in far less time than it takes to say, "Jim, wash your hair." So, by washing my hair, I'm afraid I wouldn't miss more than a few seconds of Prexy's speechifyin'. By the time he'd pandered once or twice, I'd be done ... and he's a quick panderer.
